Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal (B2C);
- Consumer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business;
- Day: calendar day;
- Ongoing transaction: an agreement involving a series of products and/or services delivered over time;
- Durable data carrier: any means that enables information to be stored for future reference;
- Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s option to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period;
- Withdrawal form: the model form made available for exercising the right of withdrawal;
- Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services;
- Distance agreement: an agreement concluded via remote communication;
- Means of distance communication: a method used to conclude an agreement without physical presence;
- Terms and Conditions: these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 – Applicability
- These terms apply to every offer and agreement.
- The terms are made available prior to concluding the agreement.
- In electronic agreements, the terms are provided digitally.
- In case of conflict, the provision most favorable to the consumer shall prevail.
- If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
- Situations not covered shall be assessed in the spirit of these terms.
- Ambiguities shall be interpreted accordingly.
Article 4 – The Offer
- Offers with limited validity are clearly stated.
- The offer is non-binding.
- The offer contains a complete and accurate description.
- Images and specifications are indicative.
- Displayed colors may differ from actual products.
- The offer clearly states rights and obligations.
Article 5 – The Agreement
- The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer.
- Electronic acceptance is confirmed by the entrepreneur.
- Appropriate security measures are taken.
- The entrepreneur may refuse orders if justified.
- Additional information is provided upon delivery.
- For ongoing transactions, this applies only to the first delivery.
- The agreement is subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (B2C only)
For the delivery of products
- The consumer has a 14-day cooling-off period.
- The product may only be used to assess suitability.
- Withdrawal must be communicated within 14 days.
- After this period, the purchase is final.
For the delivery of services
- The cooling-off period is at least 14 days.
- The consumer follows the entrepreneur’s instructions.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal (B2C only)
- Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
- Refunds are made within 14 days.
- Any depreciation due to use is for the consumer’s account.
- No liability applies if required information was not provided.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for customized, personal, hygienic, or sealed products.
Article 9 – The Price
- Prices are not increased during the validity period.
- Variable prices are clearly stated.
- Price increases within three months are only legally permitted.
- Prices include VAT.
- Printing and typographical errors reserved.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
- Products comply with legal requirements.
- Warranty does not affect statutory rights.
- Defects must be reported within four weeks.
- Warranty lapses in case of improper use.
Article 11 – Delivery and Performance
- Orders are handled with due care.
- Delivery takes place at the specified address.
- Delivery times are indicative.
- Risk transfers upon delivery.
Article 12 – Ongoing Transactions
Agreements may be terminated in accordance with statutory notice periods.
Article 13 – Payment
- Payment must be made within seven working days.
- Incorrect payment details must be reported immediately.
- Late payment may result in additional costs.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
- Complaints are handled within 14 days.
- Complaints do not suspend obligations.
Article 15 – Disputes
- Dutch law applies exclusively.
- The Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Article 16 – Additional Provisions
Additional provisions may not be detrimental to the consumer.
